This blog is meant for all the sales managers, business owners and others who interface or are in some way responsible for salespeople. I’m slightly prejudiced but I think that salespeople are one of the most interesting groups of people on the planet. Managing them is challenging, frustrating, fun and about thirty other adjectives.
